We had contacted a number of electricians prior to finding Ion. The other companies were, frankly, difficult to get a hold of, slow to work with, provided astronomical price quotes (without any sort of breakdown or explanation for the costs), and were just kind of rude. Kris and team were amazing from the start. Our work was done quickly, cleanly (it doesn't even look like anyone was here), and for a reasonable price. Can't wait to use them again for our other electrical project needs. Highly recommend! read less

Realized that we'd need new outlets and a panel to be up to code. Reached out to Ion, they had a quick response with a reasonable quote. We have an older house that was a flip, so some questionable electrical work had been performed in the past. The guys on-site were super clean and professional, (masked) conveyed all the steps and problems along the way. The owner was right on top of explaining esoteric electrical code to a layman. 10/10 for service and finished product. On a side note the inspector said it was the cleanest panel install he'd seen in years. Highly recommended. read less

Kris Pitzler was very "up front" about the problems he could see, how much his firm would charge, and how long he thought repairs would take. Since the problems resulted from wiring I had done 30 years ago he found much that was not up to code. His 2 man crew needed to add 5 new circuits and repair/replace a bunch of my wiring. I assume the nearly $18,000 price was fair for the work that was done. read less
